Hello FCEC Chapter Presidents, Former, Soon to be and Want to be Chapter Presidents,

Attached you will find a complete selection of forms that need to be either filled out and submitted now or later. The 1st one is the report to be submitted if your chapter has been working on and want to apply for the President's/Chapter Award that will be awarded this coming October in Jacksonville-covering activities from July 2010-June 2011.. The 2nd attachment is the same award, but the one to be started on now for the full calendar year July 2011-June 2012-to be awarded at the 2012 Conference. Both of these Awards are of course optional, but we hope you are working on them. My local chapter 296  did earn this award both times I was the president, and I proudly hang the beautiful plaques in my work office to honor my chapter's hard work.

The 3rd attachment is one that is NOT optional, should you wish to remain recognized as an active chapter in the state of Florida, and also eligible for the chapter rebates that are given out each year at the Leadership Conference in June. The deadline is for July 1 for me to receive this completed form, but if this is a problem to have submitted by then, please let me know. I did send this form out earlier and some of you did submit it completed at this past Leadership in Melbourne.

Thank you to chapters 200, 176, 194, 243, and 311 for submitting the Officers/Assurances report due now. If you feel your chapter has also submitted this form and I did not list your chapter, please contact me.

An extra special thank you to chapter 194 for submitting an over the top selection of artifacts to show their efforts in the chapter throughout the year. very classy stuff.

Finally - Thank you to chapter 311 for also submitting the President's Annual Report for the Leon Co. Chapter's efforts to win one of the President's Awards this October.

If you feel your chapter has also submitted this form and I did not list your chapter, please contact me.

Let me know if you have concerns.

Paula Evans

FCEC/State CEC President 2011-12
